Tatyana Oleynik-Mendez

Tatyana Oleynik-Mendez is an immigration attorney at Coane and Associates. She works with individuals and families on a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, VAWA cases, waivers, humanitarian cases, and other immigration benefits.

Originally from Moscow, Russia, Tatyana earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from International University of Environmental and Political Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Management from Moscow International University. After immigrating to the United States, she earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from St. John’s University School of Law in New York and was admitted to the New York State Bar.

As an immigrant, Tatyana is dedicated to helping clients navigate the immigration process and achieve their goals in the United States. Before joining Coane and Associates, she worked and volunteered with nonprofit organizations serving diverse communities. She is fluent in Russian and enjoys traveling, swimming, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
