Scott Stottlemyre

Scott Stottlemyre is an attorney at Coane and Associates, PLLC. He received his degree in History from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2015. Scott began working in employment law while he was still in law school, which has provided him with experience across a wide range of legal issues that arise in the workplace. Scott has experience in everything from traditional labor issues before the National Labor Relations Board to charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Scott has experience both defending employers and litigating on behalf of employees, which affords him a comprehensive perspective on how to approach employment cases to achieve optimal resolutions for his clients.

Scott is licensed to practice law in Texas by the State Bar of Texas. He is not a member of the Florida Bar, nor is he licensed to practice law in Florida.
