Shannon Crosby is a litigator at Coane and Associates focusing on employment law and issues of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination. Her areas of practice also involve matters of government liability and other constitutional issues.
Shannon began assisting with complex trial preparation early in her career. She has written advanced motions in multimillion-dollar cases ranging from motions to compel in the complex litigation setting, Daubert issues, and post-trial motions that protect and preserve the record on appeal. Within her first year of practice, she attended her first federal jury trial on a constitutional issue where she was counsel of record and third chair.
In law school, Shannon competed on the trial team, served on the executive board of the law review, and enrolled in the summer study abroad program at Universidad de Sevilla, Spain. Additionally, she earned a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and was one of only six students chosen to receive advanced instruction in trial advocacy in her final semester.
Shannon is from Westchester County, New York and is the first lawyer in her family. She later moved to Nashville, Tennessee to attend Vanderbilt University. Her greatest fortunes are her family and friends.
