Patrick Kail

Patrick Kail has experience in disability and commercial law and has a family history in litigation through his maternal grandfather. Patrick attended Stephen F. Austin High School in Sugar Land until graduating in 2009 when he moved to Austin to attend St. Edward’s University. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Patrick worked with the Social Security Administration as a Disability Examiner. There he evaluated claimants and their disabilities, learning how a severe physical or psychological impairment can impact a person’s working life.

Upon returning to Houston, he worked in the private sector as a case manager and paralegal at Marc Whitehead & Associates, LLP, before enrolling at South Texas College of Law Houston. He clerked at Mills Shirley, LLP, in Galveston, where he worked on insurance and business litigation cases. He and his wife recently welcomed their first child in November 2023.
