Esther S. Noh is an attorney and practices in the areas of immigration and nationality law. Ms. Noh has extensive experience representing families, foreign nationals, and U.S. corporations before various government agencies and courts. Ms. Noh also assists employers with developing and implementing immigration policies to ensure state and federal compliance and efficient immigration practices.

Ms. Noh was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She graduated from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. During law school she studied immigration law at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Prior to moving to Houston, Ms. Noh graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.

Ms. Noh co-founded the Korean American Bar Association of Texas and serves as the treasurer. She also serves as community liaison for the Korean American Society of Houston and is the legal counsel for the board of directors for the Korean Language School of Houston.

Ms. Noh enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and golfing in her spare time.
